A: The Westin St. John Resort is made up of time-share villas. If the owner is unable to visit during their allotted time, this is where we come in! We specialize in renting time-share villas at the Westin St. John Resort.
Simply submit an inquiry for your time frame of interest by clicking the "Check Availability" button on our website and we will send you an email with all of the villas we have available during your week of interest. Once you find the villa that fits your needs, let us know! We require 50% deposit right away and the remaining balance must be received by us at least 60 days prior to your arrival.
A: If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days prior to your arrival date, we will return all of your 50% deposit, less a service charge of 10% of the full rental fee amount. If you cancel your reservation between 90-60 days prior to your arrival date, we will attempt to rent your time to another party for at least the same rental fee. If we're successful, we will return your 50% deposit to you, less a service charge of 10% of the full rental fee amount.
If we are not successful, your entire deposit will be remitted to the villa owner; we retain nothing. If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days ahead of your arrival date, your full rental fee will be forfeit unless we are able to rent your villa time to another party for at least the same rental fee. If we are successful, we will return your full payment to you less a service charge of 10% of the full rental fee amount. Because of this, and other reasons, we always recommend that visitors to St. John purchase travel insurance. Finally, if for any reason the Resort is closed during the check-in date of your villa rental, we will provide you with a full rental refund minus a $100 service fee.
