The studio, three-bedroom, and most of the two-bedroom villas
have ground floor entries.
All of the one-bedroom -- and some of the two-bedroom --
units have second floor entries.
With the exception of the Bay Vista villa complex, the three-bedroom condominiums have private patios and private pools. Also, for the buildings housing the studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom villas, immediately beside each villa building is a lovely pool for use by villa guests only. Please see the photo to the left.
This pool is approximately 600 square feet in size and has a waterfall. The deck surrounding the pool has lounge chairs, tables and chairs with umbrellas, pool floats, plus two commercial- grade, stainless steel gas grills for outdoor cooking. From the pool deck you have a nice view of Great Cruz Bay, the bay which the Westin Resort faces, and where a number of impressive private homes are located.
With the exception of the Bay Vista villa complex, taxis can pick you up immediately in front of your villa. Alternatively, space to park your car (if you choose to rent one) is about 30 feet away from your door.
The Resort operates a free open-air shuttle service between the villas (including the Bay Vista villas) and all other points on the Resort, including the lobby, the 1/4 acre pool, the fitness center, the tennis courts, the beach, the dock, the Westin Kid's Club, the Resort restaurants, etc. This shuttle runs 3-4 times per hour until 11:00 PM.
There is also a deli and pizza shop, a water sports shop, and a beautiful jewelry store located on the Westin Resort compound. In addition to the deli, there are three restaurants at the Westin St. John.
Each villa has high-speed Internet access, either wired (via standard RJ-45 connector) or wireless. There is no additional charge for this access regardless of how much connect time you use. Wireless access is available almost anywhere you might be on the Resort including the beach and pool areas.
Maid service once a week is included, providing you with fresh bed linens, towels, etc. Additional housekeeping services are available and may be arranged for by contacting the resort.
Finally, room service is available by 'phone.
