Sometimes our owners allow us to offer a discount below the above rates, and other
times an owner will ask us to quote a higher rate
for his/her particular villa time. But in the great majority of cases, the above rates
apply.
These rental rates already include the U.S. Virgin Islands eight per cent hotel tax that
we are required by law to collect and remit to the VI Government.
Be assured that there are NO OTHER CHARGES that will be made for your accommodations, either by us
or by the Westin St. John Resort.
For a few of our villas, we can also quote you daily rates.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:
Payments may be made via personal check, bank check,
or money order denominated in US funds.
(We're sorry, but we don't accept credit cards.)
We will need a 50 per cent deposit to confirm your
reservation.
The balance of your rental fee is due the day of your arrival.
If you cancel your reservation at least 90 days ahead,
we will return all your confirmation deposit, less a surcharge of
ten per cent of the payment amount.
If you cancel your reservation less than 90 days ahead,
we will attempt to rent your time to another party.
If we're successful, we will return your deposit to you,
again less a 10 per cent surcharge. Otherwise, these deposit
funds are entirely remitted to the villa owner; we retain nothing.
